General Information


Recreation Centres
All recreation centres are open from 8 AM - 10 PM DAILY.

Full Day Rental	- 8 AM to 10 PM
Half Day Rental	- 8 AM to 4 PM OR
	4 PM to 10 PM

Blumenort		seats 25 people; has 7 tables & 25 chairs; includes kitchen in rental
Kleefeld		seats 50 people; includes use of kitchen in rental
New Bothwell		seats 100 people; includes use of kitchen in rental
Mitchell		seats 200 - 250 people; dishes, cookware, coffee perks, serving utensils & dishes, stove, freezer, fridge & dishwasher included with kitchen rental; tablecloth & napkins not provided; kitchen provides access to stereo system & Bluetooth microphones. Note - Rental does NOT include use of kitchen automatically, can be added if requested.

Picnic Shelters

All picnic shelters are open from May to October (weather permitting)

from 8 AM to 10 PM DAILY.

Full Day Rental

- 8 AM to 10 PM

Half Day Rental

- 8 AM to 4 PM OR

4 PM to 10 PM

Picnic shelter rentals DO NOT include access to a canteen. If you require a canteen, please add it on as a service.


Sports Facilties

All sports facilities are open on a seasonal basis. Weather permitting, from 8 AM to 10 PM DAILY.

Weekday Rentals	- 8 AM to 4 PM
Weeknight Rentals	- 4 PM to 10 PM
Weekend	- 8 AM to 10 PM
or Holiday Rentals

Some facilities require a minimum two hour rental. Please contact us for these rates.

Sports Facilities consist of ball diamonds, soccer pitches (mini soccer included), pool, outdoor rinks and arena's.



Please Note: Online rentals require a full payment at time of booking. Any rentals requests that are submitted within 14 days
	prior to the rental date will require full payment at time of booking.

*	Exceptions can include any qualifying circumstances and will be decided at the RM of Hanover's discretion.
