How to Make Facility or Service Booking Request:
- Create your Account and/or log-on to your account.
- At the top, select 'Book Facility'.
- Use the Activity Type Filter, eg. Meeting Space, to identify the right facility OR leave it as 'All Activity Types' to view every option.
- Select a Facility, Enter a Date and Time or Use the Calendar to search availability.
- Select desired timeslots, click 'Add Selected' then click 'Continue' to submit your request.
- Add a service onto the facility booking, click 'Search Again' OR 'Book Service'.
- Check off the Facility Name, Select 'Service Category', then 'Service Subcategory'.
- Check off which service, then click 'Search', check off and add the quantity of the service, then click 'Add Selected'.
- Once all facilities and services are selected, enter the Event Name. Note: First Initial and Last Name are all that is required, eg 'J. Smith Rental'
- Click 'Continue' to read and review the Terms and Conditions and click 'Next' to submit your request.
