How to Make Facility or Service Booking Request:

  1. Create your Account and/or log-on to your account.
  2. At the top, select 'Book Facility'.
  3. Use the Activity Type Filter, eg. Meeting Space, to identify the right facility OR leave it as 'All Activity Types' to view every option.
  4. Select a Facility, Enter a Date and Time or Use the Calendar to search availability.
  5. Select desired timeslots, click 'Add Selected' then click 'Continue' to submit your request.
  6. Add a service onto the facility booking, click 'Search Again' OR 'Book Service'. 
  7. Check off the Facility Name, Select 'Service Category', then 'Service Subcategory'.
  8. Check off which service, then click 'Search', check off and add the quantity of the service, then click 'Add Selected'. 
  9. Once all facilities and services are selected, enter the Event Name. Note: First Initial and Last Name are all that is required, eg 'J. Smith Rental'
  10. Click 'Continue' to read and review the Terms and Conditions and click 'Next' to submit your request.
