Refunds and Cancellations

Program Withdrawals & Refunds

A full refund will be issued in the event a program has been cancelled.

If registrants withdraw from a program before the five-business day notice period, a refund can be issued, but a $10 administrative fee will be applied. Refunds will not be issued for refund requests received without five business days' notice prior to the program start date, or after the second class of a program series, unless for a medical reason.

Refunds for medical circumstances may require a doctor's note at the discretion of the Client Services Administrator. Approved medical refunds will be pro-rated based on the time the refund was requested.

Non-attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal. Non-attendance or non-medical withdrawal less than five business days 
prior to the start date of a Mountain Adventures program will result in a $25 charge.

A second non-attendance or non-medical withdrawal will result in the child or adult being unable to register for any further Mountain Adventure or Mountain Adventure programs in that season (Oct – April & May – Sept). 

Program Cancellations

Classes that do not meet the minimum registration requirements will be cancelled two business days prior to the program start date and a refund will be issued, unless otherwise stated.

Facilities & Grounds Rental Refunds

If you provide written notice of cancellation 30 days from the date of rental, 75% of the rental payment will be refunded less a $25 administration fee (no refund within 30 days).
