Facility Rentals

The Town of Banff has a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities available for rent.
You can now view and book various facility rentals online!

You must log in or create an account to book online.
Select the Facility, Enter the Date and Time, Number of Guests, & use the Calendar to search availability and then follow the steps to complete a booking.

Reservations for July 2027 will be available starting on January 7, 2026, at 9:00 am.
Please ensure you check availability before submitting a request (click the link above).

Our Rentals team aims to respond to completed applications within five to seven business days.
The Rentals office is open on Wednesdays through Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
