Facility Rentals

The Town of Banff has a variety of indoor and outdoor facilities available for rent.
You can now view facility availability and book some facility rentals online!

To learn more about the location, size, and features of the Town's rental spaces, visit banff.ca/rentals.

You must log in or create an account to book online.
Select the Facility, Enter the Date and Time, Number of Guests, & use the Calendar to search availability and then follow the steps to complete a booking.

Reservations for March 2028 will be available starting on September 9 2026, around 9:00 am.
Please ensure you check availability before submitting a request (click the link above).

Response times may vary depending on request volumes. For the best possible rental experience, we encourage clients to submit their rental applications at least 30 days before their requested date.
The Rentals office is open on Wednesdays through Sundays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
