Refund and Cancellation Procedures

Withdrawing from a program before the registration deadline will result in a full refund. Withdrawing after the registration deadline means no refund will be issued.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If your withdrawal is due to circumstances beyond your control, please contact us so we can review your situation and determine whether an exception is possible.

Programs and workshops may be cancelled if minimum registration numbers are not met. In these cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

If the Shilo MFRC must cancel a program or workshop for any reason – including staff illness, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances – participants will be contacted and refunds will be issued where applicable. (This does not apply to the cancellation of a drop-in session when the participant has purchased a membership.)
