Programs and lessons may be cancelled if minimum registration is not met. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund. If Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure must cancel a program or workshop for any reason, including but not limited to staff illness, inclement weather, etc., participants will be contacted, and a refund will be issued where applicable.
If a program is full, you may choose to be placed on a waiting list. Placement on the waiting list does not guarantee a spot. Participants will be contacted only if a space becomes available.
Participants or parents/guardians are encouraged to share any special requirements or accommodations needed prior to the start of the program. Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure staff will work with families to support accessibility whenever possible.
To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all participants and staff, inappropriate behaviour—including aggressive conduct, harassment, foul language, or intentional damage to any of the Town of Shaunavon facilities or personal property—will not be tolerated. The Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspension or removal from programs, when behaviour violates Shaunavon Wellness & Leisure guidelines or policies. Parents/guardians will be contacted if a minor engages in behaviour that puts themselves, other participants, or staff at risk.
