Lessons & Programs
100% Full Credit Refund
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the program start date
- Applies when special circumstances* occur before the program begins
Partial Credit Refund
- Less than 2 weeks’ notice: 50% refund of total cost
- If the program has started and special circumstances* occur, credit is issued for missed lessons
No Refund or Credit
- No refunds after the program start date unless special circumstances* apply
Passes
No Refunds or Transfers
- Once a pass is registered, it cannot be changed or cancelled during the season
- Exceptions may apply only under special circumstances*
Special Circumstances*
- Medical condition
- Family relocation
- Death of an immediate family member
