Courses might be cancelled because too few people enroll. If this is the case, you will be notified 3 days before the start date of the program and you will be given a full refund.

If you wish to cancel your seat in a course you must give the Program Office 3 business days notice. If you withdraw 3 days or less prior to the course start date and your course runs 3 classes or more, refunds will be subject to a 15% administration charge. Note: This policy is not applicable to high school credit courses.

Two full business days are required for booking a facility. All groups will be required to pay prior to using the facilities. A full refund will be given if you provide at least 2 full business days advanced notice of cancellation of your facility booking.
