Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your request. Online payment is accepted via the following card types: Visa, Mastercard. Cash payments can still be made at Yellowhead County offices, for in-person registration. Should you have any questions, please contact our team.

Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel a facility booking you must provide a written notice to Yellowhead County a minimum of 7 business days prior to the date(s) affected, otherwise full costs will apply. Yellowhead County reserves the right to cancel a facility rental agreement and close any function for failure to observe all conditions of the permit, and/or retain full or portions of the damage deposit.

Insurance Requirements

All permits require proof of liability insurance naming Yellowhead County as additional insured.
