All facility rentals require proof of liability insurance
Renters may provide their own Certificate of Insurance that meets the Town's insurance requirements.
If you do not already have insurance, you can purchase short-term liability coverage online in just a few minutes.
Coverage is available 24/7 through Instant Risk Coverage at scmip.instantriskcoverage.com.
Most events can be insured quickly online, and proof of insurance is provided immediately upon purchase.
The Town will also receive a copy of the insurance certificate automatically when coverage is purchased through the Instant Risk portal.
Insurance helps protect renters, participants, and the Town in the event of injury or property damage during the rental period.

All ice bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Exceptions for approved Regular Users.
Ice Rental refund requests must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to rental date of use.
A $35.00 administration fee will apply to all refunds.
