All rentals are subject to the Town’s Municipal Alcohol Policy. All alcohol related events require a Special Occasion Permit, available through the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) website.
Outdoor events also require municipal clearance. All licensed events requires two (2) million dollar liability and must name the Town of Wasaga Beach as an additional insured.
All rental groups must provide the name of the servers and proof of training such as a Smart-Serve Program. For more information on this policy, contact the Customer Service Coordinator.

All ice bookings must be paid in full at time of booking
For ice bookings where less than three (3) hours of rental is permitted:
- Refunds will be granted if requested at least fourteen (14) days prior to rental
For ice bookings where more than 3 hours of rental is permitted:
- Refunds will be granted if requested at least thirty (30) days prior to rental
A $35.00 administration fee will apply to all refunds
