Refunds and Cancellations

Program Refunds

Full refunds for all registered programs will be issued prior to the registration deadline of any program. Amounts under $50 will be refunded at the front desk. Amounts over $50 will be refunded by a cheque from Town Hall.

Once the program is running, refunds will only be issued upon receipt of an authorized medical note.

Membership Refunds

All punch cards and passes will be “non refundable - non-transferable”. All punch cards and passes will expire one year after the date of issue.
 

The management reserves the right to make exceptions under special circumstances.
