For registered participants wishing to cancel their registrations, cancellation either by
phone or email to Trauma NB must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the course
date. The registration fee, minus an administration fee, is sent to the participant once the course
manual is returned and received by Trauma NB.

Cancellations received within 6 weeks of the course date are not refunded unless
extenuating circumstances apply (documented medical, documented bereavement, etc.).

Trauma NB reserves the right to cancel courses at our discretion. When we need to
cancel a course, the administration fee is waived and refunds are processed immediately.
