City of St. Thomas Refund Policy
Program Cancellations/Changes (Done by the City of St. Thomas)

Unfortunately, some classes may be cancelled or changed. Reasons may include low enrollment, availability of facilities or instructors. Full refunds without the admin fee will be issued for programs cancelled by the Parks and Recreation Department. Register early to avoid disappointment.

Program Withdrawl (Done by Participant)

All program withdrawls must have a minimum notice of 2 weeks prior to the start date to receive a full refund (less the admin fee). Anything after that is at the discretion of the City of St. Thomas.

Administration fees apply to all course refunds. You can forgo the admin fee if you leave the credit on your programs account and use it for future camps or programs.

Admin fees:
- Programs and PA Day Camps: $10.00
- Camp: $25.00 (for Summer, Christmas and March Break Camps)

All program withdrawls due to medical reasons will be fully refunded for the amount missed, with a Doctors note. You will not be charged an admin fee with a Doctors note.

Missed Classes

There will be no make-up classes due to weather, emergency or maintenance closings. Classes missed due to illness, vacation or special events will not be refunded or rescheduled.
