Late Registrations & Discounts

Late registrations accepted, if space without a pro-rated discount
Seniors (SR) 60+ years receive 25% discount
HST will be charged to participants over the age of 14.

NSF Payments

All N.S.F. cheques are subject to a $45.00 fee.

Before you Begin a Program

Always make sure you consult your doctor prior to joining any physical activity program if you have any medical conditions or concerns. Our programs are adaptable to your own pace and comfort. Let our instructors guide you!

Class/Availability/Cancellations

Program registration will be processed on a first come, first serve basis with payment in full—post-dated cheques automatically put the participant on the waitlist. Phone and e-mail registrations are not accepted. Should a program reach capacity, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Should a program fail to meet registration minimum numbers, the Township may cancel, postpone and/or combine classes at its discretion. All class cancellations will be posted on the Township website - every effort will made to notify participants.

Deposit Fee

The Deposit Fee is $150.00 in order to hold a rental date. It is payable at the time of the confirmed booking.

Damage Deposit Fee

The Damage Deposit Fee is $150.00 and will be returned when staff has confirmed there has been no damage and/or vandalism. The full fee will apply regardless of the scale of damage and/or vandalism that has occurred. Should extensive damage have occurred, the rental will be responsible for all expenses incurred by the Township.

Full Payment Due

Full payment is due 90 days before the rental date.

Cancellation Fee

1. The Cancellation Fee is 50% of the total rental if less 60 days is given in writing, either by mail or e-mail on the date received.
2. The Cancellation Fee is 75% of the total rental if less than 30 days is given in writing, either by mail or e-mail on the date received.
