Pilot Butte Facility Cancellation and Refund Policy
Winter and Summer Arena, Ball Diamonds and Soccer Pitch Facility Bookings will be considered for refunds as follows:
Notice of cancellation received within 15 days of event	No Charge
Notice of cancellation received within 5-14 days of event	50% of the rate will be charged.
Notice of cancellation received within 0-4 days of event	The FULL rate will be charged.
**There will be no charge imposed for facility time that has been cancelled and/or rescheduled by The Town of Pilot Butte administration (ie: Director of Parks & Recreation, Town Manager, etc).
Community Hall Facility Bookings will be considered for refunds as follows:
As per rental agreement. Generally, a 30 day notice is required unless other agreement has been reached with administration.
