I – Commercial

• An event which will generate income or profit for the Renter(s); an event being hosted by a commercial venture.

II – Private

• A private or public event for which there is no profit being made by the Renter(s).

III – Charitable

• An event being held by a small charitable group; these fees are subsidized by the Village of New Minas in order to
  alleviate financial strain on the Renter(s).
