The Village of New Minas has a number of facilities for rent which provide space for community recreation programming and social events. The primary uses of the facilities are to provide recreation programming and locations for the community to come together.

Located at 9489 Commercial St, the Louis Millett Community Complex (LMCC) is a brand new recreation facility for the Village of New Minas. The facility was named after long time New Minas resident Louis Millett, whose generous monetary donation made the project possible in the first place. The LMCC offers a multi-use gymnasium, fitness centre, several multi-purpose rooms, youth drop-in centre, and a beautiful banquet hall with commercial kitchen that is perfect for hosting events. Located just behind the LMCC is Lockhart Ryan Park, the Village's premiere outdoor playground. Located within its 45 acres are soccer fields, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, basketball court, picnic areas, trails and most recently, an 18 hole disc golf course.
