Rental Cancellations

  • A security deposit is needed to book our spaces. Booking is not confirmed until payment is made and a signed copy of the rental agreement has been returned to us.
  • If you need to cancel for any reason:
    • 15 or more days before the day of the rental - 100% of the rental security deposit will be returned
    • Between 14 to 8 days before the day of the rental - 85% of the rental security deposit will be returned
    • Between 7 to 3 days before the day of the rental - 50% of the rental security deposit will be returned
    • 2 or less days before the day of the rental - No refunds are offered
  • To make changes or to cancel a rental. Please contact us.

Program Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel for any reason:
    • 15 or more days before the start of the program - 100% of the course fees will be returned
    • Between 14 to 8 days before the start of the program - 85% of the course fees will be credited
    • Between 7 days and the registration deadline - 50% of the course fees will be credited
    • After registration deadline - No refunds are offered
  • If you cannot attend because of a medical reason please contact us for options.

Membership Cancellations

  • Membership cancellations will follow the signed membership condition terms of service.
