Hall:

If you cancel two (2) months or more before your event date, you will be refunded your hold/damage deposit. If your cancellation is less than two (2) months, there will be no refund.

All Other Facility Rentals:

If you cancel two (2) weeks or more before your event date, your payment will be refunded. If your cancellation is less than two (2) weeks, payment will be required in full.

Cancellation by the Town:

Mechanical failure, weather, or situations beyond the reasonable control of the Town may result in cancellation of the agreement. The Town shall give the renter as much notice as reasonably possible. Alternate times may be negotiated.
