Arena, Hall, Curling Lounge, and Lobby Rentals – Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing or by e-mail at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the rental start time.
• Cancellations received less than 72 hours before the rental will not be eligible for a refund, and the full rental fee and deposit may be forfeited.
• The Fort Vermilion Recreation Board (FVRB) reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any booking due to maintenance, County-approved events, or circumstances beyond its control (e.g., power outage, safety issue).
• In such cases, renters will be offered a full refund or an alternative booking date, at their discretion.

Full Refund

• A full refund will be issued only when the Fort Vermilion Recreation Board (FVRB) cancels the program, or when the participant cancels prior to the start of the program due to verified reasons such as medical conditions, severe weather, safety concerns, or facility-related issues.
• Requests for a full refund must be submitted in writing or by e-mail, accompanied by supporting documentation when applicable.
