Course Refunds

There are no refunds for Courses once they have started. In the event of a medical issue, participants can arrange for a credit towards another course offered at The City of Flin Flon Recreation Facility for which it was issued. The City of Flin Flon reserves the right to cancel courses at our discretion.

Membership Refunds

There are no refunds for Memberships once use has begun. In the event of a medical issue, participants can arrange for a credit towards another membership offered at The City of Flin Flon Recreation Facility for which it was issued.

Facility Rental Refunds

Refunds for Facility rentals will not be provided unless cancellation notification is received at least 30 days prior to your facility rental date. No exceptions allowed.
