Facility and Service Cancellation Policies

Five business days notice in writing must be provided for cancellation or rescheduling rentals. Requests for reimbursement/refunds will be made by the Manager of Parks and Recreation.
In the event of inclement weather the department Director or his/her designate reserves the right to close the facilities and issue refunds to the effected users.
Subsequent available booking of a facility to a future date may be made at the time of notice of cancellation.
