The Town of Diamond Valley oversees one indoor arena and 3 outdoor ice surfaces. The Oilfields Regional Arena (ORA) and the Outdoor Scott Seaman Sports Rink (SSSR) are available for rent, serving as ice surfaces during the fall/winter and as dry pad surfaces in the spring/summer. When reviewing the facility calendars, please be aware all reservations that show on the calendar are reserved or for public use as designated in reservation. If there are no bookings scheduled on the SSSR, this is open ice for anyone to use for FREE.

Online reservation requests can be made for both the ORA and SSSR via this website by logging in or creating an account. There must be a 15-minute buffer to allow for ice flooding before and after your reservation.
Requests for the ORA and SSSR are subject to review and approval before confirmed. Approvals will be sent out with a copy of your invoice within 24 hours during regular office hours Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, excluding holidays. For immediate assistance or for a booking that will be taking place in less than 24 hours, please contact [email protected] or 403-933-5272. Requests sent Friday-Sunday will not be approved until Monday or the next business day.
- Helmets are mandatory. No one is permitted on any ice surface without a helmet.
- Verbal or physical abuse of arena staff will not be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone under the influence or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substances. The offending person(s) can be asked to vacate the facility. Banning from the facility may result.
The Town of Diamond Valley has two soccer fields and two ball diamonds available for use and reservation by community groups and residents. Soccer fields are available at both Maplewood Park and behind the courthouse next to Dr. Lander Memorial Pool. The ball diamonds include Millennium Park, located behind the Flare n' Derrick next to Millennium Park and the Field of Dreams, located along HWY 22 and the Sheep River connecting Diamond Valley.
Insurance Requirements
Insurance is required for all special events, tournament, or organized league events held utilizing any Town facility/property. To obtain an insurance quote for your booking click here or visit your insurance broker.
