Imperial Hall
Located on the ground floor of the East Elgin Community Complex, this versatile community hall is ideal for a wide range of events. It comfortably seats up to 600 guests for banquets or 750 in a theatre-style setup and can be divided into three smaller rooms (Room A: 42' x 49'3?, Room B: 57' x 57', Room C: 43' x 45') to suit your event’s needs. The hall features convenient access to a full commercial kitchen, a coatroom, and washrooms at the main entrance, with an additional private entrance on the west side of the building for added flexibility.

Blue Line Room
Located on the second floor of the East Elgin Community Complex, this bright mezzanine-level hall offers seating for up to 175 guests and overlooks the Eastlink Arena. The space is fully accessible by elevator, making it a convenient option for a variety of gatherings and events.

NRG Meeting Room
Located on the first floor near the west entrance of the East Elgin Community Complex, this professional meeting room seats up to 9 people in boardroom-style office chairs. Featuring a wall-mounted whiteboard, it’s ideal for meetings, small group sessions, or remote office use.

Eastlink Arena
With an NHL-sized ice surface (200' x 85') and seating for up to 756 spectators, the Eastlink Arena is perfect for sporting events and large gatherings. A transport door provides convenient access for equipment and setup, making it an excellent choice for trade shows or community events during the ice-out season.

Kinsmen Arena
Also featuring an NHL-sized ice surface (200' x 85'), the Kinsmen Arena offers seating for 366 and a transport door for easy setup. This versatile space is well-suited for practices, games, and seasonal events when the ice is removed.

Kinsmen Pavilion

This 1,200 sq. ft. covered pavilion is ideal for picnics, family gatherings, and outdoor events. It includes access to water, 15-amp hydro outlets, and nearby washrooms for added convenience.

Optimist Pavilion

Offering 1,152 sq. ft. of sheltered space, the Optimist Pavilion is perfect for community events and group functions. It features water access, a 15-amp hydro outlet, and on-site washrooms.

Lions Pavilion
27 Tarry Parkway, Aylmer, ON
A smaller 100 sq. ft. pavilion suited for casual use in the park, with water access and portable toilet facilities (Jimmi-jons) nearby.

Pavilions are available to reserve for private use between May 14 and August 27 each year. Outside of this booking period, pavilions are not available for reservation but remain open for public use on a first-come, first-served basis. This means you are welcome to use them, but space cannot be guaranteed.

Old Town Hall Theatre

Located in the heart of downtown Aylmer, the historic Old Town Hall offers a one-of-a-kind venue with character and charm. Built in the late 1800s, this landmark has served many roles—from municipal offices to an opera house—and today houses the Aylmer Public Library on the main floor and a beautifully preserved theatre on the second floor. The theatre features floor and balcony seating, cushioned chairs, and flexible configurations including theatre-style (seating for 182) or banquet-style with tables and chairs (80–90 guests).
