Click to Create Individual Account Click to Create Family Member Account Create an Individual Account if you are an adult making purchases for yourself. You may add family members to your account at any time. Create a Family Member Account if you are making purchases for family members and you are the primary billing contact. To use our online registration system you must have an active "Client Account".

FOR NEW CUSTOMERS:

If you have never registered for a course, please follow the instructions below.

1. Click on "My Account" on the top blue bar on this page
2. Click on "I Don't Have an Account" - Click Here"
3. Fill in your contact information (fields in red are required information)
4. Click on "Create Account"
5. Once you have completed the above steps, you will be sent an Account Activation Email. To activate your account, click on the link provided in the email.

FOR EXISTING CUSTOMERS:

If you have participated in a course, please do NOT create a new account. Please contact us at 519-773-5631 or email dbroer@eeecc.ca to activate your existing account.  Once we enable your online access, you will receive an Account Activation Email. Follow the instructions to access your online information.

IF YOU ARE REGISTERING OTHER GROUP MEMBERS:

1. Go to “My Account” to access your information. (You must have previously set up an account for yourself.)
2. Click on “Add New Group Member” at the top of the page and fill in their contact information.
3. Click on “Add New Group Member” at the bottom of the page.
4. Continue steps 1 through 4 for each group member.
