These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Ace Athletic Centre’s facilities and services, as well as the use of Ace Volleyball Club’s services and equipment. By booking, accessing, or using any of the facilities, services, or equipment provided by Ace Athletic Centre and Ace Volleyball Club, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your reservation or use of our facilities.

Booking and Payment Terms (Facility Rentals)

• Bookings: You may reserve court space, and additional services through our website from the scheduling page. Bookings are subject to availability; please view the calendar for up-to-date availability.
• Payment: Payments for rentals and services must be paid in full, and at the time of booking.
• Refund Policy: All bookings are subject to our refund and cancellation policy. Please review our refund and cancellation policy here

Booking and Payment Terms (Program Registration)

• Bookings: You may reserve your space in a program through our website from the registration page. Some programs are subject to an attendance cap. Ensure you complete all aspects of registration to reserve your space.
• Payment: Payments for program registration must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Refund Policy: All program registration fees are Non-refundable.

Health and Safety

• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for yourself and other members of your group. Please ensure you always conduct yourself in a safe manner and be aware of your surroundings.
• Injury Liability: By using our facilities, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You agree to assume all responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in activities hosted by Ace Volleyball Club and/or the Ace Athletic Centre.

Code of Conduct

• Respect: You agree to treat our staff, other guests, and the facility with respect at all times.
• Behavior: Disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Ace Athletic Centre and its staff reserve the right to remove any individual or group that violates our rules without a refund.
• Cleanliness: Please clean up after yourself and respect the equipment and spaces you use. Groups that leave excessive messes will be charged a clean-up fee, and/or may not be allowed to book in the future with Ace Athletic Centre.

We have a few rules that you should know about before entering our facility.

• All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• NO outside shoes allowed on the courts at any time.
• NO food or drink on the courts at any time, except for water.
• NO gum allowed while on the courts.
• While using the fitness area, please be respectful of others and wipe down all equipment that you have used • Use of all equipment is at your own risk
• We supply volleyballs for all bookings, if you bring your own volleyballs to use in our facility, please be aware you are using them at your own risk

We do not guarantee specific court numbers for rentals. Court numbers are requested at the time of booking and we will do our best to provide that court, but due to operational factors we may need to move courts around. Please check at front desk upon arrival to confirm.
