Scheduling Module Refund Policy: 

• Cancellations within 72 hours of the booking time are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 72 hours – 7 days in advance are not eligible for refunds but can receive full credit to be used within 1 month of the original booking date.
• Cancellations within 7 days – 14 days are eligible for a 50% refund or full credit to be used within 2 months of the original booking date.
• Cancellations within 14+ days are eligible for a full refund minus an admin fee or a full credit to be used within 2 months of the original booking date.
  
   

Registration Module Refund Policy:

All camp, program, club, tryout and open gym registration fees are non-refundable.
