Town of Whitewood Refund Policy

Financial liability for cancellation is as follows:
Notice of cancellation received within 4-7+ days of event	No Charge
Notice of cancellation received within 3-4 days of event	50% of the rate will be charged.
Notice of cancellation received within 0-2 days of event	The FULL Rate will be charged.
There will be no charge imposed for facilty time that has been cancelled and/or rescheduled by The Town of Whitewood or Facility Operations Manager.
