Facility Allocation Policy

The Town of Stratford Recreation, Culture, Events Department is committed to serving the needs of user groups and residents in a fair, transparent, and consistent manner.

The Policy

Allocation hours are reviewed annually. Before league expansion, contact the Supervisor of Permitting and Scheduling at 902-569-6250. Supporting documents (e.g., rosters) may be required before permits are issued.

Facility Booking Requests

All requests are reviewed as soon as possible. Staff will contact you once approved or declined. The contact person must be 18+ and agree to all facility rules and conditions.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance or full charges apply.

The Town reserves the right to cancel bookings or retain deposits if conditions are not met.
