Course Refunds

1. All cancellations or re-scheduling are subject to a minimum $50 Administration Fee
2. If you cancel or re-schedule more than 15 days prior to the course then only the Administration Fee will apply.
3. If you cancel between 8-15 days prior to the course then you will receive 50% of the fees paid, less the cost of the book we mailed to you.
4. If you wish to re-schedule between 8-15 days prior to the course then you will be charged a further 50% of the fees, less the cost of the book we mailed.
5. If you cancel less than 8 days prior to the start of the course NO refund can be given.
6. If you re-schedule your booking less than 8 days prior to the course, you will be charged the full fees again, less the cost of the book we mailed.
7. The only exceptions to this policy would be for those who have an infectious disease that is transmissible to our faculty or other trainees. In this case we would require a physician's note.
8. While we fully appreciate those who need to attend family emergencies etc. without notice, we regret there can be no last minute refunds or re-scheduling without further additional costs.
