Course Refunds

Refund requests will only be accepted prior to the third week of the program start date, refunds will be subject to a $15 admin fee. Once the refund request is accepted allow for a 4-6 week processing period. All refunds will be made by cheque and sent to the client via mail.

** This policy will also applies to swimming lessons but will only be accepted prior to the third day of the session.
