Ice and floor Rental Refunds
All cancellations for reserved ice times must be received in writing or via email ten (10) days prior to the scheduled ice time.
If this notice is not provided, 100% of the rental fee must be paid.
Facility Rental Refunds
All cancellations or rescheduling for reserved facilities must be received in writing or via email ten (10) days prior to the scheduled booking.
If this notice is not provided, 100% of the rental fee must be paid.
Program Refunds
Refunds may be issued for program withdrawals requested within the first two (2) weeks of the program start date.
Once a refund request is approved, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. All refunds are subject to a $15 administrative fee.
Refunds will be issued by cheque and mailed to the address on file. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be returned to the same card. For refund inquiries please contact [email protected]
