Ice and floor Rental Refunds
All cancellations for reserved ice times must be received in writing or via email ten (10) days prior to the scheduled ice time.
If this notice is not provided, 100% of the rental fee must be paid.
Facility Rental Refunds
All cancellations or rescheduling for reserved facilities must be received in writing or via email ten (10) days prior to the scheduled booking.
If this notice is not provided, 100% of the rental fee must be paid.
Program Refunds
Program refunds will be provided when the request is within the first two (2) weeks of the program start date.
Once the refund request is accepted, please allow for a 4-6 week processing period.
All refunds will be made by cheque and sent to the client via mail. For refund inquiries please contact cmacdonell@southglengarry.com
