Univerus Sport and Recreation has a variety of beautiful, well maintained and accessible indoor and outdoor facilities available for rent to our residents and visitors. For a list of our spaces and more information on which space is right for your next event, please see further details below:

Community Centre Rentals

• Capacity: 275
• Description: Licensed Facility equipped with a full kitchen, restrooms, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and audio system.
• Type of Rental:Available to rent for private events

• Arena Floor & Ice Surface
• Description:Used for Ball Hockey and Lacrosse
• 2 Tennis Courts/4 Pickleball Courts
• Summer Season runs from May to mid-August
• Winter Season runs from September to March

Aquatic Centre Rentals

• Location: 4850 County Rd 20, Martintown ON, K0C 1S0
• Capacity: 120
• Description: Non-Licensed Facility equipped with a kitchen, restrooms, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi and audio system
• Type of Rental: Available to rent for private events

Arena and Sport Court Rentals

• Location: 19715 John St, Williamstown ON, K0C 2J0
• Capacity: 30
• Description: Non-Licensed Facility equipped with restrooms, tables, chairs, and a small kitchenette
• Type of Rental: Available to rent for private events

Parks & Green Spaces

• Location: 4837 2nd Line Rd, North Lancaster ON, K0C 1Z0
• Capacity: 80
• Description: Non-Licensed Facility equipped with a kitchen, restrooms, tables and chairs (Outdoor rink in winter with change hut also available)
• Type of Rental: Available to rent for private events

Once you've selected the correct space, please submit a rental request using the buttons at the bottom of this page. Our Rentals team will strive to respond to completed requests within three business days. The Rentals Office is open Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. You will be notified by email when your request is approved or declined.

Payments

Payment is required within 24 hours of our Rentals team approving your request. Online payment is accepted via the following card types: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay and Discover. No cash payments are being collected at City Hall at this time. Should you have any questions, please contact our team.

Cancellations & Refunds

To cancel a facility booking you must provide a written notice to City Recreation Centre a minimum of 14 days prior to the date(s) affected, otherwise full rental costs will apply. City Centre Recreation reserves the right to cancel a facility rental agreement and close any function for failure to observe all conditions of the permit, and/or retain full or portions of the damage deposit.
