Terms and conditions of registration
- The PSA Code of Conduct and all club policies apply to all members participating in any program offered by PSA and will be deemed to have been read and accepted by the member by submitting their registration.
- Full payment of affiliation fees and activity fees is required at the time of registration.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Payment methods: Online by credit card OR Interac e-Transfer to finance@soccerpierrefonds.ca If you wish to pay by Interac e-Transfer, please contact adminassistant@soccerpierrefonds.ca BEFORE registering. Personal cheques are not accepted.
- During the registration process, PSA may require additional documents as required by the Lac Saint-Louis Regional Soccer Association, Soccer Québec and Canada Soccer. PSA will inform members of any documentation required from them and it is the responsibility of members to provide the requested information in a timely manner to successfully validate their eligibility to play by these governing bodies.
- If a member's photograph is required and has expired, PSA will notify the member and it is the member's responsibility to ensure that a valid photograph is provided to PSA in order to successfully have their eligibility to play validated by the governing bodies.
- No special requests for placement with specific coaches or other players will be accepted.
- Coaches and players are responsible for paying any League fines they incur during the season as well as any fines imposed by the League on the team to which they are assigned. Failure to pay fines will result in suspension of the passport until the fine is paid.
- No refunds will be issued for services not rendered due to situations beyond our control (such as extreme heat, heavy rain, unexpected field closures, etc.).
