Process for Issuing Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds will be considered for eligible cases such as event cancellations, rescheduling, or in special circumstances approved by the Athletics Department.
  2. Refund Method: All approved refunds will be processed as credits to the client's virtual wallet associated with their Sheridan College Athletics Department account.
  3. Virtual Wallet: Clients can access their virtual wallet credits at any time to use for future Athletics Department purchases, such as facility rentals, program registration, membership purchases, tickets and merchandise.
  4. Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our team via the contact information provided on your invoice, providing your order details and reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and process refunds for eligible cases within [Processing Time] business days.
  5. Refund Exceptions: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds for athletics-related purchases. Refunds will only be issued as virtual wallet credits.
