CAMPS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Please direct all cancellation requests to [email protected]. All refunds are subject to an administration fee (per camp, per camper). 

• Cancellations made up to 30 business days before the program start date will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee per camp, per camper.

• Cancellations made between 10- 30 business days before the program start date will receive a refund minus a $100 administration fee per camp, per camper. 

• Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the program start date will not receive a refund. * 

• No discount is given if a camper cannot attend the full camp. 

*Certain exemptions to this policy may apply in the cases of illness or injury. Documentation will be requested.
In the event that Shawnigan Summer Camps cancels a program for any reason, a full refund of the program fees will be issued. Programs run subject to minimum enrolment, and Shawnigan Lake School reserves the right to cancel a session or camp if the minimum enrolment is not met within one week before the start of the program.
