All Facility Rental Refunds are handled on a case to case basis.

A credit to your account or a refund will be issued if withdrawal notice is received two weeks prior to the program start date. All refund requests are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Under medical or emergency circumstances, a full or pro-rated refund may be granted.
