Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to Facility Rentals 7 business days prior to the booking for a full refund.
Cancellations provided after this period and no shows will pay full hourly rate. Any no shows for weekend bookings will be subject to additional custodial charge.
Should the School District cancel a rental period, refund will be provided at the end of the rental period.
