Facility Bookings

We offer a wide range of facilities which include gymnasiums, classrooms, libraries, multipurpose rooms, theatres, parking lots. School District facilities are generally available between 5:00pm-9:00pm from Monday to Friday. Facilities are also available to rent on the weekend, however, additional charges will apply for opening, closing, security and custodial services. Burnaby Schools are not open for rentals during any school closure periods such as Spring Break, Summer Break, Winter Break, Professional Development days or Statutory holidays. 

Organizations or community groups interested in renting Burnaby School facilities must submit their rental request at least 14 days prior to your start date. Facility Rentals will then work with the school principal to confirm availability and obtain approval.
