Refunds

Refunds and credits are subject to a $10.00 Administration Fee.

A pro-rated credit on account is available for program cancellations and/or withdrawals on a case by case basis.

The refund type (Cheque, Debit, Credit Card) depends on original method of payment and may take up to four weeks.

Full refunds are available when programs are cancelled by the Town of Renfrew.
