Important Information

 

Equipment Access
• Allowed: Basketball, volleyball, &
badminton nets only.
• Prohibited: Gymnastics mats,
scoreboards, AV gear, floor hockey
nets, & PE equipment.
• Special equipment requires prior
written Central Office approval.		 Footwear & Cleanliness
• Outdoor Shoes Stop Here: Remove
muddy or outdoor shoes at
designated boot rooms.
• Indoor Shoes Required: All
participants, coaches, and spectators
must wear clean, non-marking indoor shoes.
 Food & Beverages
• Gym Areas: Closed water bottle only.
• Food/Drinks: Snacks, coffee, pop,
or catering require prior written
approval.		 Inflatable Structures
• Strict Ban: Bouncy castles and
inflatable obstacle courses are strictly
prohibited indoors and on school grounds.
Booking Hours
• Standard Start Time: 6:00 PM on
regular school days.
• Early Access: Any entry before
6:00 PM must be pre-approved during booking.		 Cancellations & Changes
• Notice Period: Minimum 7 days'
notice required for cancellations or changes.
• Late Fee: Less than 7 days' notice will
be billed full rental & admin fees.
