Refund Policy

We know life happens - illnesses arise, schedules shift, and plans change unexpectedly. We do our best to be flexible while ensuring our programs can run smoothly.

Full refunds will be issuedwhen cancellations are made five (5) or more days prior to the start date of a program or drop-in session.

For certification courses, a minimum of seven (7) days' notice is requiredto receive a full refund                       

Cancellations made within four (4) days of the start date, including same-day cancellations, will be subject to a 25% administative fee.
