Parkland County is committed to serving the needs of the user groups and residents who wish to utilize our facilities. A facility allocation process is in effect for all recreation facilities, to be applied consistently and equitably to all users. This process will ensure that the facilities are used for the benefit of the entire community while recognizing the need for flexibility.

Facility Allocation Policy + Priority Listing

The priority ranking will be applied for all submissions received by the advertised date for each unique facility and when submissions are received after that date, when two or more are received in close succession and no confirmations have yet been issued.

Youth teams receive priority over adult teams (17+).

Priority Listing:
1. County-based teams, organizations or other group (51% County membership);
2.Teams, organizations or other group from incorporated municipalities who provide operating or
capital funding to the specific facility;
3.Teams, organizations or other group from incorporated municipalities within the County;
4. All other teams

All Facility Booking requests submitted from this website will be reviewed as soon as possible. A county staff member will contact you once our decision to approve or decline your facility booking request has been processed. The contact person provided in the booking request must be over the age of 18 years and agree to all provided facility rules, regulations and conditions of use.
