Cancellations/Changes

We do our best to ensure that all programs run exactly as advertised but sometimes a program start date, time, location, or fee may change. Programs are subject to cancellation due to insufficient registration, instructor cancellation, etc. If this situation occurs, a full refund will be issued. In the event that a class or lesson must be cancelled, every attempt will be made to have the class or lesson rescheduled. Program registrants will be notified of the class cancellation as well as the rescheduled date, if applicable.

Refunds/Credit/Withdrawals/Transfers

A refund or credit will only be given up to one week prior to the start date of the program. A $10 administration fee will apply to all customer requested refunds. A partial/full refund or transfer may be issued depending on the circumstances that are presented. A medical note may be requested in order to process this request.

Pool Cancellation Policy

In terms of cancellations, 72 hours notice must be given in order to receive a full refund of the pool booking. If the pool booking must be cancelled or the length of time is affected due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e. weather, pool fouling, etc.), unfortunately no refund will be provided.
