Terms and Conditions

A security deposit is required for all events. Deposit is fully refundable when all rental terms are met. Any damages or mess left by the renter will be deducted from the deposit.

Nisga'a Hall keys are released when payment is received in full. In the event keys are lost, the renter is responsible for the cost of replacing all locks and keys.

Access to the Nisga'a Hall is granted for hours paid for. Charges are not incurred between 12am - 8am.

The Society is not liable for damage, injury, or lost/stolen property during an event.

Staples, thumbtacks, and confetti are not to be used in the Nisga'a Hall.

All appliances, tables, chairs and equipment must be cleaned and garbage taken out.

Failure to comply with the above terms could result in a deduction from the deposit. ?
