Cancellations received more than 10 business days prior to the start of the class will receive a course refund, minus a non-refundable $30.00 administration fee. If you need to change your registration to a different series, please contact the office at prenataled.msh@sinaihealthsystem.ca or by calling 416-586-4800 x2307. If we have more than 10 business days' notice and there is space in a series that suits you better, we can move you over without charging an administration fee.

No refund will be issued if cancellation is received 10 business days or less prior to the start of the class, with the exception of cancellation due to medical reasons. If you are ill with a cold or flu and you are not well enough to attend your class, we will do our best to provide a make-up class, but we cannot guarantee this.  For this reason, healthy partners are still encouraged to attend that class.
