Ice and Arena Floor

All dates that are cancelled in the agreement must be cancelled in writing two weeks prior to the date(s) cancelled or the charges for those dates will be billed to the User.

Damage Deposit

Fully refundable following an event provided there is no damage to the property, negligence in cleaning or missing items. If a full damage deposit is not returned, a written explanation of deductions will be presented. Damage deposits are refunded by cheque so please allow for at least two weeks of processing time to issue it.

Key Deposit

Fully refundable following an event after the key is returned and has been inspected. Key deposits are refunded by cheque so please allow for at least two weeks of processing time to issue it.
