60 to 119 days prior to start of rental contract	50 % refund less $25 admin fee
Less than 60 days prior to start of rental contract	No refund

Refund Policy for Recreation Programs

Withdrawing from Program	Refund / Credit Eligibility
14 days or more prior to the start of the program	Credit on your account for the full amount of the program fee or a full refund
Less than 14 days prior to the start of the program	Credit on your account for the full amount of the program fee
Withdrawal due to medical reasons	Credit on your account or refund for the value of the remaining classes Prorated refund will be issued only with a doctor's note being provided before the end of the program
Withdrawal due to program dissatisfaction	Request to withdraw due to program dissatisfaction must be made prior to the start of the third class. Credit on your account for the value of the remaining classes less a $10 administrative fee.

Program Cancellation Policy for Recreation Programs

In the event that a program is cancelled by the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, those registered will be eligible for the choice of a full refund or a credit on your account.
