| Withdrawal due to medical reasons | Credit on your account or refund for the value of the remaining classes Prorated refund will be issued only with a doctor's note being provided before the end of the program |
| Withdrawal due to program dissatisfaction | Request to withdraw due to program dissatisfaction must be made prior to the start of the third class. Credit on your account for the value of the remaining classes less a $10 administrative fee. |
In the event that a program is cancelled by the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, those registered will be eligible for the choice of a full refund or a credit on your account.
