| Mariners Centre Cancellation and Refund Policies |
Facility and Service Cancellation/Refund Policies: Any product, program or service in which a user is unhappy will have the remaining balance refunded. Refund requests will be documented and submitted to the admin team to execute, with the stipulation that Mariners Centre is given the opportunity to attempt to rectify the problem prior to going to a refund. Those suspended or banned based on safety or code of conduct violations will not receive a refund. |
