CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings Cancellations	Cancellation of bookings of 8 hours or more in length require a minimum of 30 days written notice submitted to the MD of Greenview, Grande Cache Recreation Centre. Users that do not provide 30 days or more notice for a Booking will be subject to forfeit their deposit with the exception of the following: the User who is cancelling is successful in finding another User willing to pay for the booking in question; the cancellation is due to dangerous weather conditions; the cancellation occurs as a result of playoff scheduling; permission is granted from the CAO. All cancellations will be considered processed when written or electronic notification occurs from the applicable account holder. Refunds will be credited by cheque. Cancellation of bookings of 7 hours or less in length require a minimum of 48 hours written notice submitted to the MD of Greenview will not be subjected to any fees. Users that do not provide 48 hours or more notice for a Booking will be subject to the full fee with the exception of the following: The User who is cancelling is successful in finding another User willing to pay for the booking in question; the cancellation is due to dangerous weather conditions; the cancellation occurs as a result of playoff scheduling; permission is granted from the CAO. Registration & Membership Cancellations	Programs may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. Registration fees will be refunded in full when programs are cancelled and if you cancel more than one week (7 days) notification. An administration fee of $25 will be charged if you cancel with less than one week (7 days) notification. Once a program or membership has started, an administration fee of $25 will be charged to the prorated fee.
