| Facility Rentals |

Facility rentals may be canceled by written request to the Fernley Swimming Pool. A full refund of fees will be made if cancellation is requested a minimum of fourteen days prior to the event. The Fernley Swimming Pool reserves the right to cancel a facility rental due to failure to comply with conditions of the rental contract or due to failure on part of the Fernley Swimming Pool. A full refund will be issued for any cancellation that is a result of a fault or failure of the Fernley Swimming Pool or its staff. Cancellations within fourteen days as a result of illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances can arrange for credit applied to the customer’s Fernley Swimming Pool account.

| Program Registration |

Registration for any program or event may be cancelled upon request. A full refund of fees paid will be made for cancellations requested fourteen days prior to the program/event start date. The Fernley Swimming Pool reserves the right to cancel enrollment in a program or event due to failure to comply with facility policies or due to failure on part of the Fernley Swimming Pool. A full refund will be issued for any cancellation that is a result of a fault or failure of the Fernley Swimming Pool or its staff. Cancellations within fourteen days as a result of illness, injury, or other extenuating circumstances can arrange for credit applied to the customer’s Fernley Swimming Pool account.

| Drop In Programs |

The Pool Facility does not offer refunds for Drop-In Programs. Drop-In Programs are defined as any program where an individual entry fee is applied; this includes but is not limited to “aqua-fit,” “lap swim and water walking,” “open swim,” and “splash park” use.
